About The Position

The Donation Pricing Associate processes and prices quality donated goods quickly and according to agency standards. The role supports customer and donor satisfaction by greeting and thanking them in accordance with agency policies and procedures. The associate helps turn donations into retail merchandise while supporting Goodwill’s commitment to community service, high-quality goods, an inclusive and equitable workplace, and stewardship of donations and the environment. The position is located in University Heights, Ohio, and pays $13.40 per hour.

Requirements

Good people skills.
Ability to identify different shades and tones of color.
Background check required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on brand names, maker’s marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
Sort hardline goods into salable, eCommerce, and salvage/outlet categories; price salable items and transport carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
Maintain accurate production counts while following agency standards and goals.
Keep the sorting and processing area neat and clean.
Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales-floor cleaning as needed.
Embody DGR (Donated Goods Retail) MODE Guiding Principles.
Follow agency safety policies and guidelines, and work with supervisors and team members to address identified safety concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
