About The Position

Join the Domino's team as a Delivery Driver. The role involves making frequent deliveries, with drivers typically completing 3–4 deliveries per hour. Drivers use their own reliable, street-legal vehicle and are expected to work in varying weather and in a fast-paced environment. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided. The posting describes full-time opportunities and requires availability for nights and weekends. Starting base pay is $10 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. The posting advertises total earnings of $20–$28 per hour including hourly pay, tips, and mileage. Tips and mileage are paid nightly at the end of each shift. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have at least two years of licensed driving history.
Hold a current, valid U.S. driver's license.
Have a safe driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; no more than two moving violations in the past three years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle suitable for frequent short trips, with current registration.
Provide proof of current liability insurance listing the applicant as an insured driver.
Pass a criminal background check.
Be able to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, bend, reach, and move quickly.
Be able to work in heat, rain, and cold.
Have basic math skills for cash handling.
Be able to read maps or use GPS and follow written and verbal instructions.
Be proficient with a smartphone for navigation and order apps.
Have strong customer service and communication skills and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Be eligible to work in the U.S.
Be available for the shifts the store needs, especially evenings and weekends.
