About The Position

Domino's is hiring Delivery Drivers to make frequent deliveries and provide customer service in a fast-paced environment. The posting advertises earnings of $20–$28 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage, with a base pay of $10 per hour. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided. Tips and mileage are paid in cash nightly, with cash and credit card tips paid at the end of each shift. The posting also offers paid time off for every employee and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days. Drivers typically make 3–4 deliveries per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have at least two years of licensed driving history.
Hold a current, valid U.S. driver's license.
Have a safe driving record and pass an MVR check; no more than two moving violations in the past three years, and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle suitable for frequent short trips and current vehicle registration.
Provide proof of current liability insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
Pass a criminal background check.
Be able to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and bend, reach, and move quickly.
Be able to work in varying weather, including heat, rain, and cold.
Have basic math skills for cash handling, be able to read maps/GPS and follow written and verbal instructions, and be proficient with smartphones.
Have strong customer service and communication skills and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for the shifts the store needs, especially evenings and weekends.
