The Sales Trainer plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Independent Sales Channel. This position is responsible for elevating the effectiveness of the Independent Consultant Sales Force and ensuring a sustainable, compliant, and high-performing marketing business model. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver advanced training programs focused on product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and technology adoption. This role will also partner with IMOs, MGAs, and Agencies to implement best practices, leverage tools, and optimize sales tracking and performance management.
