About The Position

Windy City Dog Walkers is seeking dog walking service providers to join their team as self-employed 1099 contractors. This role offers the flexibility to build your own ideal route in Chicago's neighborhoods, choosing your own clients, hours, and availability. The company focuses on supporting its walkers, providing reliable income through a network of service requests that you can accept or deny. This is a self-employment opportunity for individuals who love working with dogs and enjoy working independently. The majority of service requests occur between 10 am and 4 pm, but you can also work evenings, weekends, or overnights. You may also have the opportunity to supplement your income by assisting other walkers. Initial earnings may be lower as you build your client base.

  • Capable of walking more than one dog at a time
  • Comfortable walking dogs with special medical or behavioral concerns
