About The Position

Green Paws Chicago is looking for dedicated Pet Care Specialists to provide top-tier dog walking and cat care. We pride ourselves on professionalism, social responsibility, and a deep love for our four-legged neighbors. Enjoy an independent work environment, fresh air, and regular exercise while improving the lives of pets. This is a full-time position requiring 6–8 hours of availability between 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. We require a minimum one-year commitment.

Requirements

• Minimum one-year commitment.
• Comfortable handling various breeds and sizes.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Track record of dependability.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to navigate the city safely.
• Able to work through all four seasons (rain, snow, or shine!).
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior pet care experience (professional or volunteer) is strongly preferred.
