About The Position

Make an impact supporting the Department of Navy! Lynch Consultants is seeking an DoD Sr. Workforce Analyst with a solid understanding of Risk Management Principles, who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. This role is hybrid and requires supporting onsite in Arlington, VA / Pentagon 2-days per week. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to solve complex issues, take on new responsibilities, build relationships, and think in unique and innovative ways.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field
  • Reside in the greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, D.C., or Maryland.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with federal or defense sector communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic communication plans.
  • Ability to develop content tailored for different channels and audiences.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on digital engagement metrics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to approval workflows.
  • Strong Excel Experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with government or defense sector communications.
  • Knowledge of DoD or OASN (FM&C) policies and processes.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and analytics.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for newsletters and digital platforms.
