The analyst will provide advanced analytical support and expertise to various HR and business initiatives related to the talent lifecycle, tailoring data mining and analyses for actionable and measurable results. The position requires mixing quantitative and qualitative methods to spearhead large-scale analyses, identify root causes and key drivers of talent trends, analyze HR data, develop workforce KPIs, and create dashboards to advise on workforce impacts. The role also involves adding context to internal talent trends with external metrics and environmental shifts, extracting data to develop value-add dashboards, collaborating on data source integration, and recommending data quality standards and governance. The analyst will establish collaborative relationships, interpret data effectively, and partner with Talent Analytics Sr Analysts, Data Science, and Data Architect Consultants to determine project roadmaps.
