Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in management analysis, executive support, or administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting senior executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives and management team members.
  • Prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, memos, and other business materials.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
  • Record, distribute, and track meeting minutes and action items.
  • Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making.
  • Compile data and prepare reports or summaries for management review.
  • Assist with slide design, formatting, and ensuring consistency in visual materials.
  • Support preparation, tracking, and reporting of budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate data across spreadsheets, databases, and other information systems.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Track and follow up on action items across team members.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including workspace allocation, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes.
  • Implement strategies to streamline operations.
  • Assist in developing long-term goals and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
