As a Documentation Support Specialist I, you will review all consumer deposit account documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance to policy, procedure and regulations and perform required deposit account maintenance on the core system. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including insuring client data is maintained at the highest level of consistency and accuracy, archiving all account documentation electronically, and maintain and improve quality by achieving performance goals. Additionally, Documentation Specialist I are expected to support Enterprise Resource Center associates with new deposit account processes and questions including account titling, documentation and bank regulations, and build a great rapport with fellow associates, treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
