About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Document Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality conversion of physical records into digital assets, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules, and maintaining 100% accuracy in document indexing and tracking.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment (we will train you for success!).
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project durations and requirements.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to ensure safety and operational compliance.
Candidates must be fully flexible and available for the following schedules (exact shifts may vary): Shift B ($18.00/hr): Mondays at 4:30 AM; Tuesday–Friday at 5:30 AM; plus every other Saturday at 6:00 AM Shift C ($19.00/hr): 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, ( Over Time May be Required Saturdays)
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential requirement for this role and a core key performance metric.

Responsibilities

Execute Full-Cycle Document Conversion: Prep, sort, and scan hard-copy files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all staples are removed and documents are reassembled and sequenced correctly after scanning.
Drive Quality and Data Integrity: Follow precise production procedures for document quality control and indexing, ensuring that all digital outputs meet Iron Mountain’s rigorous standards.
Collaborate and Track Progress: Complete internal documentation and tracking logs to provide real-time updates on project status, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow.
