Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Quality Control Clerk to join our team! This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing systems for efficient document processing of all communications, supplier documents, design documents, construction documents, or other internal or external documents. The position coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department groups and is typically responsible for a small to medium-sized project. The clerk ensures that pre-established document control requirements are met throughout the project duration. This includes receiving, tracking, and monitoring documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produce logs, transmittals, and other reports. Data entry and report production using standard office automation or department-specific computer applications are also key functions. The role involves initiating and replying to routine correspondence, revising systems or schedules as required for timely approvals and distribution, and expediting review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents. The Document Quality Control Clerk serves as a liaison between support groups, home office, and field personnel, interfacing with groups inside and outside the organization.
