This role is primarily focused on document review and preparation, including the creation of spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, and presentations to support client brands and track work progress. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with legal documents, transcribe tapes, scan, clean, and convert documents between various file formats. The coordinator will also be responsible for recovering corrupted document files, handling confidential information, and communicating with management regarding job or deadline issues.
