About The Position

AAA Service LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Document Control Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain company documents while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with internal policies. This role is responsible for controlling document workflows, maintaining electronic records, supporting operational teams, and ensuring business documentation remains current, accessible, and properly archived. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in document control, records management, administrative support, or office administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, organization, distribution, and storage of company documents and records.
  • Maintain document control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Review documents for completeness, formatting, and accuracy before distribution.
  • Track document revisions, approvals, and version histories.
  • Maintain secure electronic filing systems and ensure proper record retention.
  • Coordinate document requests and provide timely access to authorized personnel.
  • Support internal departments with document preparation and administrative projects.
  • Monitor document workflows to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Assist with audits by preparing and organizing requested documentation.
  • Protect confidential business information while performing all assigned responsibilities.
