Requirements

  • Certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Word Associate (Office 2019) or later or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Word Expert (Office 2019) or later
  • Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, or related field
  • Advanced Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including MS Word features such as templates, styles, and macros
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of delegated tasks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills (record keeping, time management)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Working with different teams to gather information required to create or update documents, including processing letters, client correspondence, and presentations.
  • Support proposal preparation by coordinating inputs, formatting and assembling proposal documents, preparing and/or modifying CVs, and ensuring consistency, completeness, and compliance with proposal requirements.
  • Coordinating company certification initiatives, including review of submission requirements and compilation of documentation, and liaising with technical teams and relevant agencies.
  • Ensuring documents follow established templates, formatting guidelines, and style guides. Reviewing, proofreading, and editing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing training to staff on how to access and use the document management system and troubleshoot/resolve issues related to document formatting and functionality.
  • Controlling access to sensitive documents and ensuring confidentiality, including familiarity with sensitivity labels.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and clients when required.
  • Adhering to EnVision's document completion policy, and refine as necessary.
  • Other duties as required.
