Document Control Manager

Luster National•Baltimore, MD
•$110,000 - $175,000

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool for future Document Control Manager roles supporting large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects using traditional and alternative delivery methods. These positions own the program record by establishing and maintaining systems, procedures, and controls that ensure drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence remain current, traceable, and defensible. This posting is for anticipated hiring needs rather than a currently available specific opportunity. Selected candidates may be activated in the talent pool and notified first when a project need arises. The role may lead the document control function across a program, administer its document management system, oversee document workflows, maintain reliable records and metrics, and prepare records for audits and closeout. Scope and complexity vary with experience level. The position works closely with project management, design, construction, contracts, legal, and quality teams to support contract administration, entitlement, and public records obligations. The expected salary range is $110,000–$175,000 per year ($53–$84 per hour), depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location. Luster describes an inclusive workplace and states that qualified applicants receive consideration without regard to protected status. Positions may be subject to background checks and drug tests after a conditional offer, consistent with applicable regulations.
