About The Position

4Wall is seeking a full-time Dock Lead to supervise Dock Workers and support warehouse dock operations. The role includes reviewing production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to identify items to gather, distribute, or ship in accordance with 4Wall quality standards and procedures. The position supports production and rental operations serving concerts, television, festivals, corporate events, and other entertainment productions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous warehouse or dock experience.
• A solid work background, including recent consistent work experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse functions.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Experience in the entertainment lighting industry.
