About The Position

4Wall is seeking a Dock Lead to supervise Dock Workers and coordinate the gathering, distribution, and shipment of items. The role involves reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions, and following 4Wall quality standards and procedures. This is a full-time position paying $23.00–$26.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous warehouse or dock experience.
• A solid work background, including recent consistent work experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse functions.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience leading a team.
• Experience in the entertainment lighting industry.
