AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a DNOC Lead to support the customer’s computer data communications systems. This role involves providing design specifications, testing, and inspections for computer networks, planning and implementing upgrades, and analyzing and organizing hardware and software solutions through network monitoring and modeling. The position requires a minimum of 5 days per week in the office at a government customer site in Aurora, CO. The DNOC Lead will supervise network support and client server specialists, train and manage a team to provide incident response support to Tier 2 and Tier 3 network engineers, and administer networks including hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations. The role also involves developing and implementing methodologies for network analysis, testing, monitoring, and support, evaluating and implementing new network technologies, analyzing incident trends, escalating incidents to problems, and developing solutions. Configuration management functions to ensure asset management records are accurate and concise are also part of the responsibilities. The role requires communication and troubleshooting with vendors and other service providers, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and replacing defective components.
