As an DMV Operations Assistant, you will be a member of the title & registration team, with responsibilities including: Having 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing adhering to multi-state compliance Understanding and following all work rules and procedures and following lawful directions from Supervisors Maintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency Upholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software
  • Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally
  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
