The Durango Mountain Club Bar Liaison works alongside the AGM and GM to curate and execute an elevated beverage program featuring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings. This role ensures the bar remains thoughtfully stocked and service-ready, provides guidance and training to bartending staff, and helps create a polished, memorable beverage experience that enhances the overall DMC member experience. The Durango Mountain Club Bar Liaison supports the AGM and GM in curating and executing a successful selection of alcoholic and NA beverages, keeping bar inventory stocked, providing training to other staff bartenders, and making sure the bar service adds value and experience to the DMC member experience. This is a seasonal position for the 2026 Summer Season. Dates are subject to change based on applicant's availability and needs of the business. Our operating hours for the summer 2026 season are as follows: June 20 for 7-day operations through August 16th, then Fri-Sun through October 4th.
