The Operations Coordinator serves as a liaison between the Department and providers, offering technical assistance, training, and consultative services. Effective communication with external customers and maintaining positive working relationships are key. A thorough knowledge of relevant Florida Statutes, Administrative Codes, and Department/Bureau policies is required, along with the ability to propose changes as appropriate. The role also includes performing other related duties as assigned.
