We are actively searching for a Division Manager for our Cedar Rapids Division, to strategically lead the team, and take an active role in growing the business beyond its existing size. We are looking for a professional Construction Division Manager who wants more out of their career and wants to drive the expansion of the Cedar Rapids Division.

Requirements

• Proven 10 years track record in Construction experience
• Strong written, computer and verbal communication skills
• High level of energy, initiative and leadership

Nice To Haves

• University or College education preference in Engineering or Construction Management

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic direction and vision for Division growth
• Responsible for the management of field operations
• Responsible for financial and administrative management
• Oversees the Marketing and Sales activities
• Provides Human Resource leadership to all Division employees
