About The Position

Lead division e-Commerce activities through partnership with the corporate e-Commerce teams. Coordinate the e-Commerce strategy and develop plans to support a rapid growth model, including achievement of all budgeted goals and development of new e-Commerce models. Serve as a local liaison with 3rd party partners. Ensure execution of and establish store accountability for order volumes, e-Commerce sales, and quality/consistency of customer experience based on enterprise standards. Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead e-Commerce activities.
• Experience in coordinating e-Commerce strategy and developing growth plans.
• Proven ability to achieve budgeted goals.
• Experience in developing new e-Commerce models.
• Experience serving as a liaison with 3rd party partners.
• Ability to ensure execution and establish accountability for order volumes, e-Commerce sales, and customer experience quality.
• Understanding of enterprise standards for customer experience.
