We are seeking a Sales Director to support the development and launch of new technology products for a key customer, ensuring all project milestones are met in coordination with Project Management. This role involves defining and deploying worldwide sales strategies for the assigned customer, driving product interests, and coordinating regional and product group activities. The Sales Director will act as the central customer contact, managing global negotiations, business acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, engineering, and marketing. The position also requires coordinating customer visits, promoting innovative products, managing RFIs/RFQs, and leading the Division's customer interface and Customer Development Plan (CDP) process. Performance indicators include sales, order intake, price management, and CDP reliability.
