About The Position

State Industrial Products is seeking a motivated District Sales Manager to achieve sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling. This role involves building brand awareness within an assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing innovative customer programs. The District Sales Manager will also maintain and build sales relationships with existing and new customers, complete necessary paperwork, and promote company marketing and promotional programs. Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Prior B2B sales experience
  • Ability to train and coach direct sales representatives during the selling process
  • Experience in territory and district management
  • Strong selling, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written
