As a District Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Mac Tools team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to achieve annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages and recruiting new distributors into the territory. This role involves conducting Field Excellence Meetings (FEMs) every 60 days, which includes lifting and showcasing products. You will also conduct effective work-withs (truck ride-alongs) 3-4 days per week to provide coaching and support to distributors, attract and retain distributors, and conduct new franchisee training. This role requires setting up new start trucks, which involves pushing and pulling product and toolboxes, and making revisits as needed for development and coaching. You will also manage regional credits and adjustments and perform route surveys.
