District Sales Manager
About The Position
Fairway Corp is a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed platform in the exterior home services space, operating 40+ brands across the United States. We support local service companies with best-in-class sales leadership, operational excellence, and growth resources. As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our field leadership team to elevate performance across key markets. We are seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of 10–12 Field Sales Representatives across Texas and Florida. This is a remote role with significant travel (60%), ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, builds strong sales cultures, and knows how to drive performance in home-services environments. The ideal candidate has experience in home services, residential sales, or field-based service organizations (Lawncare, Irrigation, Solar, or Pest Control).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably managing field or territory-based teams.
- Background in home services strongly preferred (Lawncare, Irrigation, Pest Control, Solar)
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and coaching reps to exceed goals.
- Ability to travel up to 60% across Texas and Florida.
- Ability to train and mold new sales reps, ideally 2+ years of experience training
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, PE-backed environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 Field Sales Representatives across multiple markets.
- Conduct regular field ride-a longs, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Drive district-level sales performance, ensuring reps meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and territory performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with local operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as the district grows.
- Maintain strong market knowledge and competitive awareness within assigned territories.
- Represent Fairway Corp’s values and brand standards across all field interactions.
