About The Position

Diablo Tools is hiring a District Sales Manager for its Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) sales team, covering all of Upstate New York. The role focuses on growing market share across assigned categories, channels, and markets, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The manager will develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers to convert, promote, and consolidate key categories to Freud/Diablo, while planning for growth within the travel and entertainment budget. The position also includes administrative work that supports territory growth and a collaborative sales approach. Overnight travel is 50–75%. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 8 years of commensurate experience.
Proven effective communication with corporate staff, the sales organization, and customers.
Basic understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to travel overnight 50–75%.
