About The Position
Kohl Wholesale is seeking a District Sales Manager to manage district sales representatives in Northern Missouri (Kirksville, MO) and Southern Iowa (Ottumwa & Iowa City, IA) and surrounding areas. This role involves managing, training, and motivating sales representatives to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction, as well as assisting in new business development and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales experience.
- Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a certificate of insurance as proof of adequate insurance coverage, which meets Kohl Wholesale’s current standards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for computer applications and software needed.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred that candidates live in District Area.
- Previous sales management recommended.
