The District Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales team and supporting day-to-day tasks including people leadership, recruiting, scheduling, payroll budgets, facility maintenance, and most importantly, the member and team member experience. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience overseeing multiple locations, genuine customer service skills, and a passion for great workplace culture. Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, the District Sales Manager will support the overall success of the clubs in their designated district by developing the team to ensure an exceptionally positive experience for staff, members, and guests. The position's purpose is to develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.
