About The Position

Corle Building Systems is seeking a hardworking, dependable District Sales Manager Trainee to join its Sales Department. The company designs and manufactures pre-engineered metal building systems, including rigid-frame clear-span and multiple-span buildings. The role maintains an assigned regional territory, develops customer relationships and new business, and coordinates with customers and internal departments on project needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exemplary customer service and telephone skills.

Nice To Haves

• Blueprint or architectural reading experience is preferred.
• A business degree is preferred.
• Experience in the metal building industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a regional territory of existing customers and address their metal building needs.
• Make cold calls by phone to build a customer base in the assigned territory.
• Work with customers to understand project specifications.
• Work closely with internal departments.
