Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1 year experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Must be able to pass background check.
Detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Google, Skype, Zoom, etc.
Ability to remain self-directed as well as independently seek out answers to questions
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn new software programs as needed
Ability to constantly review policies and procedures to increase efficiency
Must demonstrate an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information.

3 years experience in school office setting

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and guide them throughout the district offices, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take phone messages.
Schedule appointments, meetings, meeting rooms, and reservations as needed.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare and send outgoing mail.
Maintain and order office supplies.
Perform duties for the Superintendent and other Directors, as assigned.
