About The Position
The District Manager leads Banter by Piercing Pagoda’s district store operations team and maintains the company’s high standards. The role focuses on merchandising, sales, and leading activities needed to achieve regional goals, including unit sales performance, personnel management, customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, expense control, overall district administration, and profit and loss. The District Manager serves as a role model and holds employees accountable for meeting customer service standards. Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training employees in line with manpower planning are essential parts of the position. The role requires travel, primarily for store visits within the local district area.
Requirements
- Three to five years of multi-unit management experience.
- Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising.
- Accomplishments in staff development and recruitment.
- Proven communication skills.
- Ability to travel, with most travel involving store visits in the local district area.
Responsibilities
