About The Position
The District Manager leads a district store operations team for Banter by Piercing Pagoda, helping maintain the company’s high standards and achieve regional goals. The role focuses on merchandising, sales, store operations, and people leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing unit sales performance, personnel management, customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, expense control, district administration, and profit and loss (P&L). The District Manager models company customer service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting them. Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training employees in accordance with manpower planning are also essential. Travel is required, primarily for visits to stores in the local district area.
Requirements
- Three to five years of multi-unit management experience.
- Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising.
- Accomplishments in staff development and recruitment.
- Proven communication skills.
- Ability to travel, primarily for local or district store visits.
Responsibilities
