Requirements
- Three to five years of multi-unit management experience.
- Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising.
- Accomplishments in staff development and recruitment.
- Proven communication skills.
- Ability to travel, with most travel involving store visits in the local or district area.
Responsibilities
- Lead a district store operations team and maintain company standards.
- Drive unit sales performance.
- Manage personnel.
- Maintain customer service standards and act as a role model, holding employees accountable.
- Oversee merchandise presentation and merchandising.
- Manage loss prevention and expense control.
- Administer the district, including P&L responsibilities.
- Recruit, interview, select, and train employees based on manpower planning.
- Visit stores within the local or district area.
