About The Position

Newberry Restaurant Group, doing business as Arby’s, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Arby’s restaurant locations in the Columbia/Summerville, South Carolina market. The District Manager supervises multiple units within a trade-zone market, oversees Restaurant General Managers, and drives results in customer service, food quality, cleanliness, administration, staffing, and training. The role focuses on operational excellence, developing restaurant leadership teams, and the success of assigned locations.

Requirements

At least 1 year of District Manager or multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
At least 4 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong knowledge of quick-service restaurant operations.
Proven ability to lead teams, increase sales, and manage profitability.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of P&L statements, labor management, and food costs.
Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
Must be a hands-on leader who leads by example and holds teams accountable.

Nice To Haves

Previous Arby’s District Manager experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple Arby’s restaurants.
Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
Ensure compliance with Arby’s brand standards, company policies, and food safety requirements.
Maintain exceptional guest service and restaurant cleanliness.
Recruit, develop, and retain strong restaurant leadership teams.
Serve as a liaison between restaurant management and corporate leadership.
Oversee customer service, food quality, cleanliness, administration, staffing, and training across assigned units.
