About The Position
The District Manager contributes to Banter by Piercing Pagoda's success by leading a district store operations team and maintaining the company's high standards. The role focuses on merchandising, sales, and leadership activities needed to achieve regional goals, including unit sales performance, personnel management, customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, expense control, overall district administration, and P&L. The District Manager serves as a role model and holds employees accountable for company customer service standards. Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training employees based on manpower planning are essential responsibilities. Travel is required, with most travel involving visits to stores in the local or district area.
Requirements
- Three to five years of multi-unit management experience.
- Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising.
- Accomplishments in staff development and recruitment.
- Proven communication skills.
- Ability to travel, primarily for store visits in the local or district area.
