About The Position
The District Manager contributes to Banter by Piercing Pagoda’s success by leading a district store operations team and maintaining the company’s high standards. The role focuses on merchandising, sales, and leading activities required to achieve the Region’s goals. District Managers are vital to the company’s store operations and success.
Requirements
- Three to five years of multi-unit management experience.
- Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising.
- Accomplishments in staff development and recruitment.
- Proven communication skills.
- Ability to travel; most travel will involve store visits in the local or district area.
Responsibilities
- Lead a district store operations team and maintain the company’s high standards.
- Drive unit sales performance.
- Manage personnel.
- Maintain customer service standards and act as a role model, holding employees accountable for meeting them.
- Oversee merchandise presentation and merchandising.
- Manage loss prevention and expense control.
- Handle overall district administration and P&L.
- Recruit, interview, select, and train employees based on manpower planning.
- Support staff development.
- Travel to stores, primarily for visits within the local or district area.
