About The Position

The District Manager oversees Loft store operations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, New York, and Connecticut. This leadership role is responsible for driving profitability by focusing on customer experience, business operations, product management, and talent development, while ensuring the district operates smoothly and meets its goals.

The role is based in the field and requires travel between multiple store locations. The position is regular, full-time, and located in Agawam, Massachusetts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of specialty retail experience.
• Multi-store management experience.
• Strong people management skills.
• Technology proficiency and strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel and manage time appropriately between multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to use brand behaviors to create genuine customer connections.

• Oversee people management functions, including recruiting, hiring, and developing diverse management-level talent across the district.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and guide store management.

• Build a strong operational partnership with store managers to achieve goals.
• Ensure stores uphold high merchandising and operational standards.
• Oversee product management directives, including execution of pricing strategies.
• Analyze business reporting and develop strategies to maximize performance.
• Promote community involvement by supporting company-sponsored events and philanthropic initiatives.
