About The Position

Asahi Beer USA is hiring a field-based District Manager to grow its New York City business. The role focuses on increasing availability, visibility, and velocity for Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori across retail accounts in the territory. The District Manager will execute specific territory goals, build relationships with distributor partners, develop brand presence across on- and off-premise accounts, and identify opportunities to grow distribution and market execution. The position involves regular travel within the NYC market and limited travel for company meetings. It is a salaried, exempt, full-time role.

Requirements

Demonstrated background in brand and relationship development within a specific geographic territory.
Experience working with distributor partners in a field sales role.
Familiarity with on- and off-premise retail in the beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol space.
Self-starter who takes ownership of their territory and results.
Ambition to grow and expand the role’s scope over time.
Field sales and territory management skills.
Distributor relationship building and collaboration skills.
On- and off-premise account development experience.
Ability to execute brand availability, visibility, and velocity.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
