MOVIN’ As District Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of 5-7 restaurants. You will also develop and implement strategies to assist your district in meeting its goals and supporting overall business objectives. Additional key areas of responsibility include: Perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio are meeting Brand operational standards and food safety standards Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers. Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise. Drive a clear vision and clearly communicates to the team Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained. Treat all employees with respect and dignity, modeling professionalism and integrity with every interaction

Requirements

  • At least one year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

  • Understanding of what it takes to be in the smile-making business.
