Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license—either active or willingness to obtain (required)
  • Sales-minded and driven to help the district and yourself achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and responsive to opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with district agents to serve and follow up on commercial leads
  • Reach out to existing personal lines clients who are business owners to quote their business insurance
  • Market and network proactively to build your own base of commercial clients
  • Be accountable for district commercial goals, including premium and policy count
  • Support agents in quoting, binding, and servicing commercial policies
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and retention
