Essity is currently looking for an experienced Distributor Enablement Specialist. The Distributor Enablement Specialist is responsible for the strategic implementation of the customer’s Joint Business Plan working in close collaboration with W&O Lead Team, Customer Marketing and Commercial Excellence Teams to translate strategic plans into clear action plans, aligned to our W&O strategy, to ensure that agreed sales growth, retention, and profitability targets are achieved. The DES is responsible for leading and following up related sales activities with various wholesale partners and associate distributors. The DES will develop top to top relationships with their respective customer leadership. This will be a remote position responsible for covering the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate will live within the aligned Essity Regional structure and the ability to travel often. We’re looking for an individual who embodies our values and isn’t afraid to lead from the front, challenge, provide expertise and motivate others around them.
