The Distributor Onboarding Specialist with Oxbox plays a critical role in ensuring new distribution partners are set up for success from day one. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, engaging, and efficient onboarding experience while driving strong adoption of systems, processes, and tools that support long term partnership growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional partner experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in onboarding, partner enablement, customer success, or channel operations preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cycles simultaneously.
  • Problem solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with CRM/Salesforce, onboarding platforms, or partner management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new distributors, ensuring timely setup, orientation, training, and enablement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, operational workflows, online tools, product education and providing guidance/training and access to systems for new and existing distributors.
  • Coordinate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and Training teams to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding materials, systems training sessions, and policies that enhance distributor knowledge and readiness.
  • Monitor onboarding progress using checklists, dashboards, and reporting tools; identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution.
  • Manage lead assignments and reporting for the Sales Team and our partners.
  • Ensure new and existing distributors understand online tools, service standards, and business processes to support a consistent partner experience.
  • Collect feedback and insights from distributors to continuously improve the onboarding experience and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate partner data, distributor agreements and documentation aligned with internal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Support ongoing distributor engagement initiatives as needed, including refresher training, process updates, and new employee onboarding for existing partners.
  • Support case management process as needed through our CRM platform.
