About The Position

This role is for the 2nd shift, with hours from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. As a member of the Health & Safety Team, the Distribution Forklift Trainer is responsible for delivering effective and compliant powered industrial truck (PIT) training to ensure operators are competent, confident, and safety-focused. • Maintain accurate training records, evaluation results, equipment qualifications, and retraining requirements.
  • Reinforce company safety standards and applicable powered industrial truck training requirements.
  • Intervene when unsafe behavior is observed and escalate concerns through the appropriate leadership channels.
