About The Position

Avery Dennison is seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Technician to help ensure customers receive high-quality products on time. The role works in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and requires a zero-defect mindset. The technician inspects, separates, and packages label products to meet quality standards and customer instructions; checks shipments for printing or lamination errors; uses digital tracking systems to log materials and coordinates with couriers; and maintains a clean, safe workspace while following standard operating procedures and PPE requirements. The position requires standing during the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds. The listed hiring rate is $17–$18 per hour. Two night-shift schedules are listed: Sunday through Tuesday, 5 p.m.–5 a.m., and Wednesday, 5 p.m.–11 p.m.; or Wednesday, 11 p.m.–5 a.m., and Thursday through Saturday, 5 p.m.–5 a.m. Both schedules are marked as immediate needs. Final candidates must successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to stand for the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Close vision and ability to distinguish colors to meet quality specifications.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Willingness to help coworkers and adapt to shifting production priorities.
