About The Position

We are actively seeking a Full Time Distribution Specialist to join our Chicago branch. The employee is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes, and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

Requirements

• Professional phone communication skills
• Great interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to meet pick-up and shipment windows
• Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
• Shipping/ Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments
• Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments
• Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
• Assisting customers with payroll as needed
• Customer support via email and phone as needed
• Data entry and support as needed for other branch departments
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
