About The Position
SeaBear Company is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Distribution and Packaging Team! This hands-on position supports daily operations in both our Distribution Center and Packaging Department, with flexibility to work between departments as business needs require.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship perishable and non-perishable orders for wholesale and direct-to-consumer customers.
- Assemble boxes and other packaging materials.
- Create gift baskets and prepare gift packaging.
- Complete paperwork to ensure accurate product tracking.
- Label packages and coordinate deliveries to external carriers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following food safety protocols, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.
