About The Position

The Distribution Office Agent is responsible for supporting daily operational needs by managing stock, equipment, supplies, and inventory for all station departments. This role ensures the Distribution Office (DO) and related work areas remain organized, secure, and fully stocked to support efficient airline operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
  • Able to lift to 50 lbs repeatedly, push/pull a 300 lb cart, and stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
  • Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.
  • Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.

  • Strong Organizational and Inventory Management Skills: Proven ability to manage, track, and maintain large volumes of stock, supplies, and equipment with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional Communication and Leadership: Ability to communicate professionally with leadership and frontline teams, and to provide clear direction to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Accountability and Self-Direction: High degree of accountability to complete all assigned tasks daily, work independently, and maintain full working knowledge of all distribution responsibilities.
  • Operational Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-security operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain stock, equipment, and inventory (e.g., office supplies, appliances, chocks, 250+ radios, PPE vending machines).
  • Ensure the Distribution Office remains organized and secure; all doors must remain closed and locked at all times.
  • Complete all assigned tasks daily and submit a detailed shift update to the corresponding parties.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of distribution responsibilities and AA policies.
  • Support operational events and complete specialized tasks directed by leadership.
